Oil on natural stone with a painted extension on clear polycarbonate
An ancient olive tree continues from the natural stone onto a clear polycarbonate panel. The physical texture of the stone and the image extending beyond its edges create a meeting between nature, material and illusion.
Stone: 40 × 40 cm
